Conversion to a Swedish limited company (aktiebolag) is in progress; a company registration number will be published when Bolagsverket registration is complete.
What we collect
When you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the data you send: name, business email, company, area of interest and message. Form submissions are validated on the server and delivered to the Nelvoss business inbox (or a secured local inbox file in development). Messages are retained only as needed to respond to the enquiry.
Analytics (optional)
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RWK9R5CQGX) may process pseudonymous usage data (pages viewed, events such as investor page views and form success signals without form field contents). Consent defaults to denied; you can change your choice via the cookie banner or by clearing site data. Legal basis: consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). See Cookies.
Purpose
To respond to business enquiries, and — only with consent — to understand how the public site is used. Contact form legal basis: legitimate interest in handling inbound contact (GDPR art. 6.1.f), or contract when a business relationship begins.
Rights
